Front of the house at dusk
The house is set back from the road and looks out on to University Avenue. It's a really great location.
The front porch is a perfect place to relax on a spring day in between all those graduation parties, after the football game in the fall or linger over coffee in the morning.
I ask that you not use the house for parties or large gatherings. Things inevitably get broken.
